Debt Agreement Consultant
Pro Legal is a specialist firm working closely with Mortgage Now to assist clients that have had a tough time financially and need a hand.
We work with clients from all walks of life and all with their own unique set of circumstances.
You will be required to really listen to the client and understand their position and then let them know that we can help them by freezing all of their interest charges and late fees and allowing them to regain control of their finances.
Most clients will not believe you at first as it sounds too good to be true, so you may get a little frustrated from time to time.
You need to be the kind of person that can see beyond the frustration as the quiet satisfaction you will get when you prove (by doing) you can do everything you have said, is absolutely enormous!
You will be well paid on a commission only basis but advances against commissions are available to the right person.
This role is a challenging one that will see you dealing with a lot of different people and building a lot of great relationships that will outlast the work you do with our clients.
This is not a fill in role until you find something better - This is a career that will see you with the possibility of owning your own franchise at a later stage and making the sort of money that many never expect to make. The results are only determined by your efforts and the number of people you can help!
We are seeking one above average (Life Experienced Professional (No silver spoons thanks) to work with the team in our Brisbane (Stafford) Office
All Leads are SUPPLIED and this is a telephone based position - You will be face to face with less than 1% of your clients as they are from all over Australia
To fit into the Pro Legal team, you will need to display:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Emapthy for people in trouble
- An understanding of others situations
- A desire to help people
- An ability to 'get the job done'
- An ability to look beneath the surface for the reason behind the reason
- A sound level of computer skills including Excel and Word
- An ability to remain flexible in all situations
- Strong negotiation skills (clients and their creditors)
- A desire to achieve an above average income
- An ability to achieve realistic targets
